Evaluation
You will first have a brief 15-minute phone call so that your provider can learn about what you are looking for help with, answer any questions you may have, and discuss fees and scheduling. Your first appointment will then consist of an assessment during which you will be asked about your history and current concerns.
Therapy
Following the initial assessment,
your provider will create a treatment plan and you will be scheduled for weekly 50-minute telehealth psychotherapy sessions. If you require more intensive treatment, your provider will discuss different options with you.

Fees
Payment is due at the time of your appointment (FSA/HSA eligible). We are in network with Northwell Direct, and an out of network provider with other insurance companies. Many insurances reimburse a percentage of costs (between 30-80%), and we can provide you with a superbill that you can submit for reimbursement. Please check with your insurance provider to learn about your out of network coverage.
